Hi, my name is Dan Brain, better known as Danno.

I came to the Laramie area in 1981. Coming from a farming/ranching
community in Eastern Washington State, Laramie was a very easy
transition. The main reason I stayed here was the people and the
abundance of outdoor recreation; it's a very easy going environment
and everyone here is always ready to lend a hand.

I then attended the University of Wyoming and graduated with a
degree in business. I started performing on the acoustic guitar in 1989,
got married and I now have a family.

I purchased my first home in Laramie the "Wyoming Way" in 1985 - I
gave the guy  $300 and snowmobile for the down payment and he
held the note. Times have changed! The days of deals with a man's
good word and a handshake are gone. But that doesn't mean "making a
deal" has to be a challenge today.

I have been a licensed Realtor since 1997. My main goal as a Realtor
and a person is Customer Service. If you are not satisfied and happy, I
have not done my job!
